Philip Dunbavin Acoustics Limited is proud to announce that in August 2019 we achieved the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard.

The assessment conducted by QSC LTD demonstrates PDA’s commitment to Quality, Customer Service and Management of our environmental impact.

ISO 9001:2015

ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognised standard that requires PDA to demonstrate that we do what we say we do, and that we have a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

Our Journey to ISO certification

Preparation for the ISO audit process required a complete review of how we deliver our services, from the first contact with a new or returning client, through to project delivery and our after-service care. It also incorporated the wider consideration of how we operate as a business, how we manage our resources and how we position ourselves within the industry.

We formed a Quality team from across our business sectors and ensured our processes were robust, documented, consistent and, where possible, improved.
