Jonathan joined PDA in 2018, having had 24 years’ experience in the customer service industry. Jonathan is responsible for providing support to the directors, consulting team, and the administrative team, while controlling office operations, maintaining bookkeeping/accounts, HR, and health and safety across the business.

Outside of the office, Jonathan is very busy with two teenage daughters and their activities. Jonathan enjoys long walks with his wife and their dog Willow – which on many occasions ends with a visit to the local.

Jonathan also enjoys watching local side Lymm RFC on a Saturday, sometimes even putting the boots on for the occasional game!
