Sound Insulation Testing at Ravenscliffe High School & Sports College

Tom our Acoustic Consultant recently completed Sound Insulation Testing for the new modular school building to Ravenscliffe High School & Sports College.

The new building includes for 5 new classrooms that will cater for special educational needs (SEN) students and various ancillary rooms.

Prior to testing PDA were involved with the design of the modular building including the initial site noise survey, building envelope design and compliance with BB93 criteria.

A more stringent set of acoustic criteria was applicable to this building to cater for the particular needs of SEN students.
